it is a file, .esl it does not occupy space of the limit of mods, if it does not appear when installing it in NMM, close it and reopen it so that the plugin appears in the list and activate it.
I really like how you made them, but I felt that there were missing a few colors. So I took what I've learnt from another modder and used it to add more options on your mod, so now I can choose among all the main Sailor Scouts :D
ESL download has ESP file (without ESL flag) in it. No biggie, just thought I'd let you know.
For those having problems with this: Open file in Creation Kit, click File|Compact Active File Form IDs and then File|Convert Active File To Light Master. You now have an ESL.
I have downloaded both files just to be sure and both say esp and do take a spot in my load order I am at 255 already so cannot use i tried to rename to esl the one that says esl but now it says this plugin has extension esl but is missing the esl flag??? Is there actually an esl anywhere please??
