Actually, its: Shades XI Warrior Armor, "https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55580/?" in its original form, by its original creator, uploaded April 15, 2014, nearly two years before either Shades IV or that "Silver Shroud Costume" was released. The mod author even gives credit for it as being such on his page. "WhiteShades - original shades warrior"

No it isn't accurate to Chun Li's actual hair, I know. I can't port the real one and put it on Nexus though.

I never knew it's official name, because it is listed in game as "Silver Shroud Costume" as it is used as a replacer. Nice Outfit though...
Even if this concept of "Wuv" (with an Earth "W") confuses and infuriates me!
