I am working on a huge mod (overhaul) and that has kept me pretty busy so the time to help, answer questions or update this mod is quite limited.
The good news about this is I will release a mod that will overhaul a great part of the good possibilities that this game has to offer, simplifying a lot from crafting, settlements, game settings, combat strategies, bug fixes and merging it all in one file.
I can't spoil you yet with what's coming but from my tests it's already looking and feeling great. The mod is already up (hidden for testing) it's called FO4 Lab XT.
Anyhow, modders interested in this project and that are willing to participate, feel free to contact me privately and I will let you know the details and eventually participate.
At the moment it only works to lift heavier objects like bodies and so on, things that you can normally grab. So you can move them away when dead or something you don't like and move it somewhere else.
Doesn't mean you can grab the ones from the settlements yet, I mean ones that you placed, that is handled by the workshop system and for now I can't really change it until we have better tools to mod.
No aha, I know that. But there are a bunch of dead bodies in my settlement that aren't disappearing and they are cluttering the streets and make my settlement look bad u_u lol.
Sorry for the confusion! I understand modders abilities are very limited until they release the kit. :)
At this early stage I cannot provide anything that changes those settings dynamically and give choices to the player, we have no MCM or anything like that,so I am publishing my own preferences. That's the way I enjoy playing the game and others might like it too.
Don't get me wrong, this is not meant to be a negative comment but when you remove damage or take away all the challenge in hacking it's just cheats. I'm saying this because I were looking for actual tweaks and when I saw the description I felt a bit confused.
Anyway, I'm not trying to be rude - like you said - someone else might like these too! I just think the Name doesn't quite fit.
Tyrmas, until we have some proper tools to mod it's not possible to give many choices, I tried to give as many as possible in the download area but they are still static/fixed values that the player cannot change.
These are early experiments on modding a new game that was released a few days ago, you cannot expect a full MCM with sliders and tick boxes so you can customize your way of playing. They are "Gameplay Effects and Changes" and they are "Tweaks" so I don't see any reason for not sharing it here. If people like cheating or not you can't complain about that - it's owns decision. We are not competing against anyone in this game so no prejudice to play in God Mod or whatever, as long as you enjoy it.
I am just sharing my findings in this early stage, I am not an experienced modder like weijiesen. I only started hacking my way into mods a few months ago, makes me happy to share my experience, that's why we have the Nexus to share it.

About weapon damage you might need to do some hex editing because those values won't show as in previous games.
You can find it here http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1675/?
edit: ifriendhitcombatallowed doesn't seem to be working, nor grab it. I put them at the end of load order, still can't lift some corpses. odd?
I keep landing on friendly people with power armor and starting a war, or finding my town full of bodies of dogs that I cant move...
Could you perhaps add a standalone for Grab anything?
Also, is it possible to make lockpicking easier just like your hacking mod?
fPickPocketMinChance = 100
Thanks a bunch!

1. Workshop mode anywhere.
2. Workshop objects can clip through things, so you can place them anywhere.
Would be great if those are possible.
More like cheats

No need for negative comments.
It's not easy to satisfy "Romans and Trojans".
I will try to upload different versions to help that out.
I kinda agree with weijiesen on this one.

All the best!
