Avoid this mod. People mention Greenetech but this also affect Polymer and Medford hospital. There will be area with black screen of death. COC your way out is the only solution. Don't recommend.
Two words: Greenetech Genetics Be sure to do whatever business you want there before installing this thing, it fucks the place up, creating a long straight poll of loading spot that if you touch, you get an infinite loading screen. One of those fake ones that show it is loading, but you can still toggle command prompt and pip-boy.
This is a cool-looking mod and all, but do you know how many mods I have to disable in batch to find out that is this thing causing that problem? I know chances the original mod maker no longer gives two shits, but allow me to vent, and post this as a warning.
Edit: Yes I know the bugs tab acknowledge this bug, but who will go and check the one in this particular mod when there are dozens and dozens of mod that one needs to root out to find this bug?
I realize this mod is a few years old at this point, but it's not working. I play on PS4. Almost deleted the mod entirely because the Sanctuary door didn't work (very frustrating until I found this page and found that the creator made that one as a prank. Like WHAT? Not funny, just takes up space and gets people upset when they don't know it's a "prank"). So I finally find the DC entrance and there are NO enemies. Can't use the workshop, can't use the terminals. Only things I can interact with are either items I can steal or the Journal page. Again, on PS4 and the mod page is not showing it needs updating. Not sure what to do but delete it at this point. Kind of sad, considering it works for some people and sounds like it could be a nice addition.
So buggy. Terminal doesn’t work, items cluttered everywhere and I’m in hell trying to get this workbench to activate without it saying “you need to clear out the enemies”. I tried looking into the bugs section to see if there was a fix to this, but I got nothing.

I'm having this exact problem on PS4. No enemies, I'm in the bunker right now (almost deleted the mod because the door in Sanctuary didn't work) and under the effects of Berry Mentats. No enemies, can't use the workshop. I tried it near the top of the load order and the bottom but nothing changes.
So i download this mod and can't enter the bunker in Sanctuary. Came here and found the note about the moved entrance to Diamond City, found it near the main gate next to three barrels. I entered the Bunker and it looks nice. Walking around discovering everything I find the workshop and get the message that i have to clear all hostiles first. So what hostiles ?? Theres not even a single radroach ! Then i gert out and head to Shaw Highschool to complete Quartermastery. In the middle of the school i find myself with a black screen following a door sound where there was no door and i did not click on anything. After the reload i figure in the room my UI-Dot changes to a square with nothing to click on. When one runs into that area the door sound appears and the screen goes black like the loading screen, no text or picture tho. First i thought it was just the school and went to nuka world - world of refreshments. Inside there the same thing happens. Things were fixed right after deleting this mod.
How to Locate To find the Bunker, head over to Sanctuary. There will be a manhole cover near the main road just before you hit the bridge and leave sanctuary. -There is also a note left by the previous owner on the desk in the main living area-
I love this player home! Thank you very much for creating it! The ambiance made by the rotating fans and lighting is amazing. I scrapped all of the filing cabinets and boxes to decorate more to my style (I'll post pics).
There are a few issues with the mod (I'm keeping the mod regardless, it's that great).
- When you go to activate the workshop for the first time, it says you must clear the enemies from the location. However, there are no enemies in the bunker. To get around this bug, I clicked on the workbench and typed in the console "Setpapyrusvar Ownedbyplayer 1" without the quotations and it bypassed this glitch. Only problem now is I can only activate the workbench to go to build mode and I can't transfer anything to it (like store all junk for example). Not a deal breaker for me actually. - The terminal next to the main player bed doesn't work. Again, not a big deal. I just disabled it in the console (not scrapable in workshop mode) and built my own terminal. - Some issues with navmeshing on the floors where you go to set down furniture or rugs in the kitchen or main living space and it goes into the floor. Not a problem also. I use Place Everywhere and you can just use the hotkeys to rotate and move the furniture to your liking.
Besides these issues (which are definitely not deal breakers for me), I LOVE THIS PLAYER HOME!
is there anyway to add a option to move the manhole cover (real 1 that leads dow to home) to the crafting menu, and or give you the ablity to pick it up and move it anywhere u might like it?
