kinda afraid to download this. it has kinda a pedo feel about it. on the other hand a mod that adds a bunch of sexy women to all your settlements would be a good idea.

I thought that too! But when I investigated further, the faces were still "adult-ish", so I thought of em more like tiny people (dwarves, etc). Wasnt so bad :D

Sorry. I am too stupid to install this mod. Tried several things. Nothing seems to work. Instructions are not really clear to me. Like I said, too stupid. I guess I will have to stick with my 75 other mods.

You mentioned a bat file "civ" in your description. but alas it is not there in your "FILES". Still a great "MOD" cheers Bigfoot2

Just like normal mods - the Data directory. However, you need to EDIT the bat file, see description. Bat file must be placed to the same directory as fallout4.exe.

I place them at me but when I try to talk to them they do nothing. Is there a console command to talk to them I just want to send them to a settlement, thanks
I have changed load order and other methods but this mod doesn't work for me may be a mod conflict but thanks for sharing anyway

See description. Instead of assigning, you have to Move them (R). Select current (or any other) settlement from the list. Then you can assign.

The same way you assign them. You go to workshop mode, then select the NPC. You'll have menu - what do you want to do with it - Assign, Move, Supply route. Instead of Assign, you first have to select Move - that's the same thing you do when moving NPC from one settlement to another. So, select Move (default key is R) and you will see the list of your settlements. Choose the one you are currently in. That's it.

After that, you can select that person again, and this time choose "Assign", to assign it to particular job.

oh so I have to use workshop mode dud I didn't think about that sorry blonde moment. When I first spawned one I wasn't in a settlement so I went to sanctuary respawned again and tried talking to one and no response so I thought the mod was broken for me. Now I see what you mean. Thanks for clearing my head, something I should have realized but wasn't thinking.....ughhh

So are they Partner Machines like from Phantasy Star Universe?
Why tiny but still the proportion of a grown person?

Ha, looks close enough. Though the name of the mod is a reference to Bioshock. They aren't tiny, though. You can see such people at the street - 1.5m and below. People in 2287 are pretty tall, I assume just below 1.8m. Due to climate changes imposed by nuclear war, it's very likely that average person in 2287 would be smaller than same in 2077, though it shouldn't be the case for everyone. I'm not trying to be LORE-friendly here, I just happen to know adult people who are about 1.5m high and have normal proportions.

And there are 2 sets of them - average height and below, choose your flavour.

Anyway, the goal wasn't in making them look like kids, but to make settlement a bit diverse, in a good way. Their behaviour during the combat, responsibility you take to equip them for survival, and you have to actually care about settlement protection, or things will get messy. They look a bit different, so I usually know who is playing what role in a settlement - particular girl is always a medic, no matter what she is wearing, another sells weapons. And big girls are very good guards, if your overall settlement defence is adequate.
