   Is this the complete building, with the rocket engine test chamber at the bottom?

   Is there a specific spot on the moon to build? Or is just using Conquest enough? I'm not sure how the Settlement Blueprint bit works. Cool, regardless.

      Hi I know I am late on replying to this but I just found building anywhere on the moon works and I just used conquest to place down a workshop and you can start building their but I am not sure on how to settlement blueprints I think you got to put it in the settlement blueprint file ect but here is a video telling you how to do it better then I can.
