   Does this mod stop all the random kidnappings? I got a settlement fully protected and got a quest about a kidnapped guy, i paid the caps to end it, walked out of the settlement, didnt get 5 feet away until i got another kidnapping quest from the same fucking settlement. It seems just to be there to waste time, get rid of my armored settlers, and waste caps.
   
   Does this mod get rid of the kidnapping quests? if not, can it be?

      The optional file removes the kidnapping quests.

      I downloaded this using NMM, i wasnt given an option for kidnappings, which one is for the NMM download?
