NOTE: Some of the guys on the mod forums have posted that there was a TYPO in the command I'm using. I've looked into this and they are 100% right. I've corrected the typo in version 2.0 and offer a sincere thank you to those that caught the mistake: Vektorrrr & eviltronix. You guys are the best.
So here is another of my batch files that I use. It allows you to play on Survival Mode until it becomes annoying, then drop out of Survival Mode to use console commands or to turn down the difficultly, etc. Normally at this point you are completely locked out of ever going back to Survival Mode during that entire play through, however with this simple batch command now you can!
What this bat file does is to tell the game that you have not used your one time pass to enter survival mode, essentially setting the counter back to 0 usages. Yes, you can use this bat file multiple times if you need to.
INSTALLATION: just drop the extracted file into your Fallout 4 \ Data folder. I do not recommend using a mod manager to install this very simple text file. To use in game just open the console command and type in BAT SURVIVAL and hit enter. Bingo! Your done. Enjoy your survival mode once again.
Permissions: None are needed. Feel free to use or distribute as you see fit. We are good.
