      You need to pit it into the appropriate folder for Transfer Settlements to pick it up.

   Good thinking. Dealing with the foundation levels of the castle is time consuming. Thanks for this,
   
   Edit: The download has Three folders, only one of which has the blueprints (other two are empty). Might want to get rid of the other two just in case it causes problems.
