Thanks! I accidentally activated it, it shut, and clicking the button did nothing. Ran your script and it is now opened, and ronnie doesn't have to stand inside any more! :D
Yeah, I agree. I've been trying to get a duplicated button to spawn, and then to move it around and rotate with some console commands, so that I can place it on the other side of the door too. No luck with that tho, it seems like the button can't be duplicated.
I use several mods at the Castle. One is, All Settlements Extended - Players Choice by neeher. The second is, The Castle Fully Restored Inside Out v2 No Grass by Hozsa, and the third is, Castle Tunnel Restoration - Minutemen Castle Restoration V3 by b0bulat0r. These all play nice together, my problem starts when I install your Castle Armory Door Fix. What it does is it causes the repaired sections of the outer castle walls to disappear and clutter is then blocking what was a newly opened section of corridor. I haven't added any other mods anywhere near the castle, when I deactivate your mod, the other mods function correctly again. Somehow there is a conflict in that area. Could you please investigate on your end, as I'm clueless on hows you work your magic with mod building, Is it possible that the problem is caused by mod order. I'm as frustrated as many others that Bethesda made that door, one time use, then disabled the button, and I really want your mod, to complete the repairs for that settlement, because it is cool.
And send me your load order list but only for those 4 files. Which one is the higher in load list, which ones are in between and which one is the lowest in load order
I need a bit more time getting the load order sequence, those mods are listed correctly in NMM but LOOT and wrye-bash-Fallout use different naming conventions. I haven't figured out what Castle Armory Door Fix is called in either one. Where do you want the pictures uploaded to. I want to post 6 to show the difference between your mod being active and disabled. I have a couple of days before I can get back to the load order. Thanks for responding.
I tested all 4 mods together. There are NO compatibility issues, everything works fine!
There could be few possibilites why you're experiencing problems; 1. Make sure to load up your save where your character is far away from Castle area! If your character is inside or close to the Castle area and you add a new mod which edit Castle area, upon loading the save you might experience numerous problems. That goes for all locations. That's a well known bug!
2. There's a problem with your load order. Your load order for these 4 mods together should be like this; ....... Armory Door.esp (My mod) Minutekeep.esp (this is Castle Tunnels by B0bulator) CastleEx.esp (that's Neeher's ''player choice'' mod file) TheCastle.esp (this is Hosza Castle restored) .......
