   It's not in the description, but the "5" folder in the zip file needs to go into the "data/f4se/plugins/transfersettlements/blueprints/" folder. vortex will not install it properly because it's folder path is not set properly. you need to install it manually.

   It doesn't seem to be an available import... is there something else that is required to do? I really want a settlement that is a sky village, but at the moment that doesn't seem possible...
   
   Please help me try to understand this, I really love the look of the work you have done.
