BRICK VAULT BUNKER
This Mod Adds a Player Home Settlement at Listening Post Bravo

The Mod was made for my own game play and my own personal home base.
It is not designed as a cheat home so the power armors are for display purposes only and will not be included.
It was designed as a trophy home to store and show off your hard earned collections.
a luxury home with all the mod cons. - and whilst it uses all vanilla textures, it not quite lore friendly.
But then it was built before the bombs fell...……….

- You can fast travel from the interior cell.
- Custom design workbenches, containers and animated consoles.
-Custom working stove.
-Full settlement with workbench.
-You can dismiss companions to the bunker or send settlers.
- Lots of custom assets and textures.
- Working light switches for all rooms.
-Auto opening and closing doors.
-Rooms left empty for your own design and creativity.
-Nearly everything internally can be deleted if you so wish except the floors, walls and ceilings.
- Fully navmeshed for companions and NPC's with idle and comment markers & sound effects.
and many more.........

BRICK VAULT BUNKER ---UPDATE 20.12.18
The bunker has now been updated I finally found time to look at the bugs reported.
To that end I have had to go back to an earlier design which in my opinion is better anyway.

Because of that, the layout is slightly different and anything in the red box on the last image attached should either be stored in the workshop or
your inventory, this includes any Items, Armor’s and weapons you have put on the displays or the containers.
The power Armor room and the rest of the base and anything outside the box remain unaffected.
Anything left in this area has the potential to be lost. - Please see Picture attached....

Important Notes.
Dismissing companions to the bunker works fine in the vanilla state without any mods, that alter the settlement workshop or companion dismiss scripts However, if you are using any companion alteration mods such as:
Amazing Follower Tweaks, Unlimited Followers or Multiple Followers Overhaul - Tee Party Companions

you may experience problems either dismissing or them going to the bunker or staying there. This is not the bunker mods fault.

AFT over writes the game companion/workshop settlement scripts/quests and sends them back to their original starting locations.
You can use it’s inhouse settings to set their home to the bunker or anywhere else for that matter.
I find this one to be the best option if you most use a mod that increases how many companion you can have.
There are many other follower mods that have similar functions so please experiment with different mods, settings and load orders,
or not using these types of mods at all (which is the best option),before reporting any problems as each of the these mods create a different set of problems.
extensive testing has been done on this in various formats, saves and mod configurations and system types and it does work perfectly without these types of mods. You can use or add other companions mods such as Heather or Vermillion Frost for example. It is best to load it towards the bottom or after any lighting effect Mods. The mod is still very heavy on hardware and you will need a powerful system to get the full benefit.
There is still a small amount of FPS drop in the Armor room, I have tried to limit this with further optimisation, but I don’t apologise for this.
The mod was designed to see how far I could take both the mod and my system before it crashed and as yet I have not found that point and it runs smoothly on my machine...…
I apologise for rambling on

Installation:

Place the files into your Data folder. Manually activate the mod.

Performance And Optimization:
This Mod is an interior cell and has been optimized as well as an
extensive use of static collections. it does use shadowed light sources and
users with lower spec systems are likely to experience performance issues.
