I've made a 100% ver but it still doesn't work properly ( no chance to intimidate every lower lvl than you ) and I don't know why. You can change it your self just download http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2737/? rename exe to FO4Edit and run then replace numbers what you like
Would be awesome if you could create a mod that makes the pacification permanent / turns enemies into neutrals permanently. Its annoying to walk away 5 meters and have them charge you, because your powerarmor and laser gatling became less scary somehow.
It seems you've doubled not success rate but fail rate. Set holdupchance to 0% and 100% and see what happens for yourself. I've never succeeded with 100% and only rarely fail if set to 0%
It seems like you're planning on making one that gives a 100% success rate later on; if I could give an idea how about each rank in the respective perk increases the chance? 40% on the 1st level and a increase for each after, it could be a 20% increase each time to you 80% maxed out you have here. Or do something involving how many levels above you are to the target.
Just throwing out some ideas that could be done, either way I appreciate the buff that you give here.
Hey could you please make a version that increases the out of combat pacify when behind an enemy to 100% and leaves the rest?
I had maxed intimidation and whisperer on ps4, level 60 survival with 12 charisma and 8 luck and it's a gimmick tbh so I think it would be a fair buff.
Sounds awesome. I'm playing a "no kills" character right now and it is so damn hard to do when I have like ten+ Feral Ghouls charging at me and yet *maybe* one or two of them will stop despite being at least 20 (if not 40+) levels lower than me. I've always thought the fact that level has nothing to do with pacify chance is stupid. I mean, what level of moron must a level 2 raider with a pipe pistol and no armour be to refuse a level 55 guy in full combat gear with a fully modded shotgun? We probably won't be able to fix that until the GECK comes out though. When we can fix it, we totally need something like that, even if it is simple but functional (5 levels above = 50% chance, 10 levels above = 60%, etc. with like 25 or more levels likely giving 95-100% chance).
Either way, nice mod. I'll probably download this one tonight. = D
This perk is just broken so this mod is not enough. Targets turning hostile for no reason, you can't hide your weapon even on level 3, you can't fast travel or go inside/outside structures with target under your command (level 3) etc etc etc.

Edit: it wasn't working because of the Targeting HUD bug, fix it with "Simple Bug Fixes"
