You are right, this mod doesn't have a plugin, so it doesn't takes a position in the load order. It only includes some meshes, materials and textures (loose files).
Probably will be no big updates. This is because this mod is not compatible with weapon replacers, and there are incredible weapon mods to replace vanilla weapons.
On the other hand, I'm glad you're interested on this, and I will be happy to make a different glow color or something similar.
I just installed the worn metal with blue glow. haven't tried it yet buty I am excited. The vanilla cells are awful and a lot of other mods available just texture the vanill appearance. This gives it a whole new look and I am thankful that you took the time to make this and upload it for the community to use.
I was using this mod for a while and loved it but when nexus wanted me to update the mod it just doesnt work anymore, the cells just show up as normal. I've really downloaded several times and manually downloaded but I can't get it to work, love the retexture tho.
I was having the same idea... Like a weapon with a new ammo type using this model and or just a material swapped version of this one as to not overwrite the default textures

I'm not working on this, and I have other pending projects...

What do you have in mind?
I don't use weapon replacements so I am good :)
well if you can do new colors I think dark purple or crimson red or midnight blue would be good or worn textures for current cell
I think it is good as it is but having different colors from time to time would be good also
I apologize but I need to ask, any plans for something like this on other weapons, model changes or stuff?
But I will do a couple of metal retextures (polished/rusty) and several requested shine color when I have some time to coffee-photoshop ;)
Anyway, both should work.
You can try to run mod manager as administrator, otherwise you system may block to install files in program files folder.
I hope it works.
Glad you like it ^^
It's not only a retexture
A good quality retexture may be fine
i will revise it
Version 1 or 2 ?
