Esp file, which you need to load AFTER NCR Ranger Veteran Armor AND West Tek Tactical Optics

This is version that DOESN'T use West-Tek Optics - use it INSTEAD of the main file. It also restores light from the visors (they glow AND they also illuminate the area in front of you).
