does this mod make it so npcs will not initiate conversation, or do they still do that? f*#@ing annoying when a robot you have at a settlement walks up and asks to join you as a companion
How about all the nasty comments that DC citizens use to be nasty to you? Seems like a majority are telling you to shut up, they don't want to talk to you, when you are either not trying to talk to them or, worse yet, you're not even looking at them! THAT'S something that really gets on my nerves. Arturo is the only resident of DC I actually like.
There should be another MOD that fixes that around the Nexus somewhere, it lowers the enganging distance severely so NPCs don't randomly talk to you until you bump into them or trigger it manually.
What about the annoying, repetitive things that Super Mutants and Synths say? Pleeeease add them, too. I could've sworn there used to be a mod that worked this way that handled the raiders, super mutants, and synths, but I can't find it! :(
Thank you so much for this :D btw I was going to say you could also maybe make Vadim stop saying "Thank you for finding Earl's killer..." every time you talk to him following The Disappearing Act quest.
Can you maybe edit the BoS scribe to not talk as much? Billy the Kid in a Fridge also? I adopted them in my game, but they won't shut up saying the same things over and over. Especially cos the scribe hates the ghoul kid and keep saying "I don't see why everyone isn't out to eradicate these abominations!".
Hi Apudma. I can only find out what dialogue is annoying as I haven't had much chance to play through the game lately. Should I come across any dialogue which is too repetitive and annoying I may, if I have enough time deal with them.
Will do. I've just restarted Fallout 4 due to using a new mod set, when I get to Trudy and Wolfgang I'll sort them out. It may take a while because I actually want to play Fallout. Cheers.
Yes, that's the one they're talking about, it doesn't bother me too much , but other ppl it might.. because its a triggering response where you can say, " you got things covered from here " .
I've added three of the most annoying to this mod. I don't want to go too far and remove too much that's why I add things as I go along, so I can know if it should stay or be added...

This is most recent one I could find, Realistic Conversations Fallout 4 at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
There's also, Reduced NPC greeting distance at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
But the later is way older, no guarantee it will work properly.
