It always bothered me that "explosive" bullets leave nothing more than a scorch mark on impact. They feel more like firecracker bullets than explosive bullets.
This mod aims to "Make explosive bullets great again" by enabling bullet impact holes in addition to the standard +explosion forany weapon that uses the vanilla legendary explosive bullet modification.
