This is the folder where your individual blueprint folders should be automatically created when you export a settlement. Each non-empty Blueprint Slot has a numbered folder with a JSON file in it. So for example if you export a settlement to slot 1, you will find the blueprint file here in a folder called '1'.
YOU SHOULDN'T DELETE THIS FOLDER EVEN IF IT'S EMPTY!
This readme file is here mainly because allegedly in some cases Nexus Mod Manager doesn't install/create empty folders. By placing this readme file here the .../blueprints/ folder should always be created even if you installed the mod with a mod manager.
