This is a moderate size community designed to be a pit stop for the vault dweller not necessarily a home. It has lots of room for expansion, but meets all the basic requirements for happy settlers and uses expansion and non-expansion content to make an area that can stand on it's own or be used as a starter for a huge town. It has a fairly non-mod dependent design, but does use vault and nuka-world stuff in the export.
