A warm hello to all Nexus Mod's users, I wanted to leave an update as it has been quite some time since I have released any news or additions:
Currently as you all might have guessed, I have taken a break from modding and focusing on other hobbies, however, my mods are by no means unfinished and I hope you all continue to enjoy them. Thank you all and hopefully I'll be back in the soon future as Elder Scrolls 6 ramps up,

You may have to drop and pick up your Perk Magazines and Bobbleheads for their changes to be applied to your character!

Once you add the Magazines/Bobbleheads you want, just drop them anywhere on the ground and pick them back up.

what you told us i already know, in fact this is NOT a mod whatever you said.

it just a tutorial to teach others how to begin their new game use console commands to take all their characters' level, perks, items...
didn't you think that work is too much for us? all we need just a true mod to help us to extract our data of old characters from our old save files, we don't need someone to tell us how to use console commands to "recreate our old character and all stuffs".

we all knew this, and understand it will be a ton of works ahead of us.

Aww men, I was hoping this mod would allow me to transfer my inventory items from my current save to a new game....thats all I need :D Adjusting lvl, stats and perks are a simple matter of console commands but, but inventory items takes ages, and I dont even know if legendary can be added by console commands either.

They can! Simple search the object modifier you wish to add

for example. To add the "Violent" legendary modifier to a gun:
      1. Search for the Violent Modifier OMOD Code by typing "Help Violent 0" into the console. 001f7b8a
      2. Drop the gun you wish to modify on the floor, Pick it up by HOLDING E
      3. While holding the gun, open the console and type "Playergetgrabbedrefid", this will give you the gun's Reference ID.
      4. Now type "(GunID).amod (LegendaryID)" For example for Violent:(GunID).amod 001f7b8a
      5. Profit!

That makes no sense, as your instructions are for adding modifiers to a gun, not the item itself to the inventory

Guardian, if you wish to add a weapon.
      Type: Help "Weapon name" 0
      Then type: Player.Additem "WeaponCode"
      Voila!

    Thanks for this :)
    And for those asking.
Use "transfer settlements" to transfer your settlements.

Is there any way to also preserve your settlement builds?

Could you use Transfer Settlements for that?

Unfortunately a simple .txt file would not be able to do this.

I would look for other mods, like Settlement blueprints, which allow you to upload and build your own pre-downloaded settlements.
