Created a new settlement at Fallon's in the City Center outside of Greentech. Nice big and tall buildable area for those who liked Hangmans but just wanted a bit more open space to work with.
Should be fully functional, tested supply lines and followers and assignable NPCs. Any issues please let me know.

If quest did not load properly for you initially and you got the zero happiness start on the workshop, please delete and reinstall the mod.
1. Delete old version.
2. Load up a clean previous save
3. Save game.
4. Download
99d version.
5. load game with 99d or later and you should be set to open without any glitches or issues.
Everything appears to be fully functional for people now. If you have already built up the area, nothing external has changed but reinstalling and reloading the workshop will likely make you place things like bed and water again but your exterior buildings should be intact without issue.

This is a BIG urban area by comparison, almost spectacle island big. Covers from greentech to ticon then from camp Kendall all the way to the edge of of the crater.
You will need to break precombines if you want deep alternative scrapping, so something like STC is good in general for areas outside the main cell but not in it.
Snappy housekit or another mod that let's you work with vanilla Deco kits and exterior building pieces including the high tech options is ideal because you can just scrap out the broken parts of these huge or hollowed buildings and repair them to full Workin order.

Decided not to redo the inside of Fallon's itself currently as there's a number of interior mods that already expand upon it but if it's something that people want, I can upload the mod version with the interiors of local buildings opened, or feel free to use an alternative scrapper and you can rebuild the inside yourself how you like.
Also added an underground tunnel player home with backdoor entrance into greentech nextdoor, I have some additional plans for this to come but that mod isn't quite public ready yet. This could be considered a safehouse for Institute refuges post end game or a RR safehouse pre-ending
