Would it be better to install this before doing the Jamaica Plains quest or after?

I like what it does with the settlement, but unfortunately it breaks up precombines, making performance quite a bit worse in the area. In hindsight, I probably would have just done something similar by myself using Place Everywhere.

Simpler than most others, but good enough.

Thanks Davey for the great videos you have been doing 18+ months (for my time watching) firstly and now your wonderful mod creations you have been making and uploading on Bethesda site and now coming home on the Nexus. Well done and thank you on all the hard work you have been doing, so we all can enjoy our worlds in our own differing ways.

Your name shows up as NoRespawn (missing the S at the end). Probably just a typo. I actually didn't notice until it showed up in my mod manager.

Finally....finally norespawns is on the Nexus : ) I still have no clue what it means to be "chaffed" but I love the creativity in your builds. Keep up the great work.

Chuffed means pleased - 'chuffed to bits' for example. And thanks!
