   What exactly did you change? I would like to do this to a couple other guns I use.

      Open the weapon record and there should be the "reload speed" section. Just change that number to you liking.

   Is there a reason you changed the original plugin instead of creating a new one? Because your file needs to be updated everytime a single record in the original mod/plugin gets changed.
