Coast Guard Pier Settlement
Version - 1.0.3
::REQUIREMENTS::
� Fallout 4 up to date
� No other mods edit the location's cell
::FEATURES::
� Makes Coast Guard Pier a settlement location
� Cleans up building, parking lot, and vertibird pad
� Removes all supermutant objects (Meatbags, poles, etc)
� Adds stairs to the third floor
� Removes fallen floors to the third floor and roof
� All loot and quest items left as is

These are not nescessary, but they will allow you to build a more realistic settlement
