This mod adds a few NPC's you can summon from buttons craftable at your workshops under the SPECIAL category.
The backstory on Frank here, he is a unique thing, at the end of the master's reign when the vault dweller collapsed the base on him, frank here was a BOS soldier the mutants had captured and dipped while still in his power armor. He's walked across the country chasing rumors, looking for this vault dweller, to pledge his service to him. As he'll never be able to go back to the brotherhood and he missed out on the Masters "re-education". He doesn't say much but he is incredibly loyal.
There is a glarlingly huge problem with it all, if you travel more than a few cells away their wagons will go back to where they spawned. HOWEVER, frank will still follow you and never complain about you picking up junk. And his wagon will come back if you take him back to the settlement where you summoned him.
Consider this a proof of concept, download it, play with it, heck try to fix the problem with the wagons disappearing from them and be everyone's hero, but all rights are reserved, feel free to send back fixes, ask permission, or make your own wagons
