Adds a footlocker outside Vault 111 with all the decals, stencils, paints, dyes and pigments added by the recent updates to AWKCR for those of us that don't want to go hunting/crafting in order to make our armours all pretty.

Adds a footlocker outside Vault 111 with all the decals, stencils, paints, dyes and pigments added by the recent updates to AWKCR for those of us that don't want to go hunting/crafting in order to make our armours all pretty.
Obviously this is a cheat file so only use if you're ok with that.
The footlocker contains -
10 of every decal
1 of every stencil
100 of every paint can
100 of every spray paint
100 of every dye
100 of every pigment
100 of the cloth (not sure what that does but it was added but AWKCR so I've included it just in case)
100 of the gunpowder (for the same reason as the cloth)
The footlocker is located next to the blue shipping containers next to the V111 lift (see images)
I'm 99% sure I'd included everything added by the recent updated that is usable but if I've missed something let me know.
Requirements - AWKCR (obviously) and any/all requirement that has.
