This mod in a nutshell adds an NPC to the first settlement the player may encounter when playing Fallout 4. The settlement is "Sanctuary" has a door behind one of the post-war homes which leads to the "Root Cellar" which before the mod, contained some basic loot, a safe and was pretty much boring. This mod adds a vendor NPC there to make it better.

This mod adds an NPC to the Root Cellar behind one of Sanctuary's post-war homes. The root cellar behind the home when encountered in vanilla only contained basic, worthless loot and scrappables, a locked safe and a bed. Since I make merchant mods to mostly improve my experience of the game, I decided to make a mod for the root cellar that added an NPC where then I can buy items from. I proceeded to think others should play the game with this mod and decided to aquire the help from someone who knew how to voice act and fit the NPC perfectly. Once aquiring help and the voice lines, I added lip files and some decent interesting "lore" behind the character tying it to a previous merchant-mod I made for Fallout 3 for the Mothership Zeta DLC. The character's belongings are stored in the previously added safe and a new safe containing a pretty good non-leveled Alien weapon, some loot and a key to his terminal which explains how he got the Alien instrument of dubious "deathening". The NPC sells basic items, scrappables, armor, food, weapons and ammo but this mod all-in-all is mean't to be a sort of improvement to the game, giving players a merchant to trade with in the beginning of their game to lessen their struggles in the harsh wasteland... unless they are on any mode below hardmode, then it just becomes too easy.
