Found this weather ID's for console some time ago, 0002b52a sunny weather, type, copy, paste (from text file into console, alt - esc or windows keyboard key for desktop) example fw 0000015e
Was just checking out the commands you're offering, but just to let you know, the command "tai" will keep people from interacting with workbenches or using jetpacks. Possibly other things as well. That's been my experience, anyway.

add - sStartingConsoleCommand - to your Fallout4.ini
[General]
sStartingConsoleCommand=tgm
sStartingConsoleCommand=set gamehour to 12
What ever that can be started with sStartingConsoleCommand might be interesting.
Any ideas?
Or if you wanna cheat, all the caps, ammo, aid, and scrap you'd need.
