Separate hair and eyebrows color mod

Installation:
1. Mod manager
Or manually extract into game folder.
2. Set your hair color to Jet Black (for example) because dark colors were replaced for blonde to keep brows dark)
IMPORTANT!!!!!! (if mod doesnt work)
MATERIALS archives need to be activated in Fallout.ini and if you dont know how, then check Fallout 4 mod manager tutorial by Gopher
