To install the new Lockpick Sound Effects:
1. Goto your ..\User\Documents\my games\Fallout4 Folder and open the Fallout.ini with any Text Editor,
then search for sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Replace the whole Line with the following one:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
this will let the Game use the different folders included in your Fallout 4/Data Folder.
2. Copy the "data" Folder from the Rar file into your /Fallout 4/ Folder
3. Run the Game and Stewie will tell u You Suck.
