Never liked how stealth boys were in Fallout 4, so I just tweaked them to be more like 3/New Vegas
There are three versions available: One with just stealth boy tweaks; one with stealth boy tweaks and sneak nerfs; one with stealth boy tweaks and only sneak rank 5 nerfed, replaced with +60% to sneak.
Vanilla stealth boy: +50 sneak, +99 stealth field, lasts 30 seconds.
Tweaked stealth boy: +100 sneak, +75 stealth field, grants invisibility perk, lasts 120 seconds.
According to the description, it seems Bethesda intended stealth boys to originally include the invisibility perk. They may have removed the bonus and applied it to sneak rank 5 instead.
