INSTALLATION
Use Mod Manager or if you want to do it manually, extract the file in something similar to
\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data and remember to activate the
plugin.
For the LooksMenu presets drop the file in something similar to \Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
UNINSTAL
Simply delete the file.
