Just a suggestion: Wait until you have greeted Dogmeat, cleared the place of molerats, use the workshop once, and then go back to Sanctuary to save before you enable this mod. It is important to complete any interactions/quests and then relocate to save before enabling any cleaning mod for any settlement to avoid any complications. Hope this helps those having any issues.
Mod deletes the cave entrance to the mole rat cave, leaving a big gaping hole, can be fixed in xedit by removing the records for redrocketcaveex in xedit, and reenabling the autoload door in persistant cell.
no idea why, but this mod prevents being able to recruit dogmeat.
this is towards the bottom of my load order, and i found myself unable to interact with dogmeat, and the quest to "greet the dog" didn't appear until i disabled the mod
