   This is causing a hard lock on the loading screen after character creation. I am using pkrf version .998 and Start Me Up.
   
   I create my character, then do the Start Me Up menus to spawn near Vault 111. I go to a loading screen... and then everything freezes indefinitely. Removing this mod fixes the issue.

      The required PKRM isn't updated to the latest version so it's not working, at least for me :-(

   Love this, wanted this perk and was disappointed it wasn't vanilla so thank you so much. Though one thing when I play with this mod the image for the Perk is just a big colored in square. Probably my fault thought since I have wayyyyy too many mods. Either way love this mod and I'll just suck up the big square thing lol
