      do you mean it doesn't show up in game or doesnt do the intended effect. cause i see it in game, so i just wanna be sure

   This is causing a hard lock on the loading screen after character creation. I am using pkrf version .998 and Start Me Up.
   
   I create my character, then do the Start Me Up menus to spawn near Vault 111. I go to a loading screen... and then everything freezes indefinitely. Removing this mod fixes the issue.

      The required PKRM isn't updated to the latest version so it's not working, at least for me :-(

   That this didn't make it to the base game with aproipreat special dialogs is very sad.

   Love this, wanted this perk and was disappointed it wasn't vanilla so thank you so much. Though one thing when I play with this mod the image for the Perk is just a big colored in square. Probably my fault thought since I have wayyyyy too many mods. Either way love this mod and I'll just suck up the big square thing lol

       Yup! Should work with any mods that add perks or skills to LevelUpMenuEx, I'll update the desc to mention that
