If your haveing trouble getting to the City planners desk you can change that plot to something else or another type ,a SS farm plot will allow access.
Orginal plot is Mini Scavenger bin (1x1) from Junk Town
I dunno if its just me.. But this does not build the settlement completely. I am using 4.2.9b (most updated) of sim settlement 1. And yes, I have requirements installed.
I'm trying this out after getting annoyed with the ROTC plan. Thank you for producing this and have an endorsement cookie. It looks good so far although I have a couple of comments:
1. there seems to be a lot of recreation plots. I want my people to be happy but 3 of them? 2. something is spawning a residential plot right on top of the workshop bench. I can see the sensor just outside the building wall and I can see the bed and other furniture that the plot produces but, even in console 'tcl' mode I can't find the actual plot to move or delete it. I did try marking the bed for delete but started getting CTDs after that so I went back to an earlier save. 3 the site seems small but you said that. I suspect I'll need to add residential plots into some of the houses outside the perimeter but that's not a huge issue 4. defence won't be a problem since I'll be using the logistics store component in Sanctuary that will stop attacks on this settlement
1: for the rec plots i choose ones that wud suit the build ,Kitchin fits in well and everyone needs a bar cant recall teh 3rd one tho 2: That cud be script lag, no res plot in that building just 2 industrial, Try going to diamond city and wait at least 30 mins and see if that clears that up. 3?4: yeah plenty of space to expand i left it vacant so players cud add more if needed and they could handle the extra strain
This is so far the best of the (rather limited, sadly) Sanctuary city blueprints in my opinion. The only thing I don't like is the f*#@ You spider, so I replaced it with the junk gate out of Wasteland Venturers. It works pretty well, I think, with minimal wall modifications.
Thanks mate Its for those of us who have problems with sanctuary and for xboxers since it can be worse for them. Any type of martial plot with a gate should be fine
Thanks for the assist! I never really explored what is in the mega packs.
BTW, what did the single oven sitting on the ground at lvl 0 do to the colony? It gets the crap beat out of it every so often. I'm sometimes wandering and I start hearing BAM! BAM! BAM! and it's some wastelander kicking the crap out of it.
I've got mega pack one but am not finding the Gatehouse by eldarth. I've got Sanctuary early in the Level 1 build so maybe I need to wait until Level 2? Any guidance would be appreciated.
I'm going to try Brae's basic tower from the mega pack and see how it goes. It isn't ideal but if it comes down to it I'll just download eldarth's mod with the gatehouse.
Related question: are there non-martial plots that function as gates? I've poked around a little but haven't found anything.
The checkpoint from Cpt Coot's stuff works pretty well there too (I think it's the same size I cannot 100% remember): https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29250?
Could we get a pic of the workshop area? Far as I can tell at lvl 1 the armor workbench hasn't been made(unless I just haven't found it) and am trying to figure out where to stick some of the other workbenches(such as the robot one from automation dlc) and some from mods...dun wanna stick one down only for it to be in the way of something in a higher level
I want to echo some of the comments on here that this is a really great, low-key settlement plan. The default plan in RotC turned into a dense, tangled mess in my game, so this is very much appreciated.
This appears to be far away enough and light/small enough to not trigger a 'deadly triangle' CTD or issues if I were to use the Rocket station nearby for a personal home? Any confirmation or thoughts on this?
Thanks mate Sanctuary is bad for me when I build it up so I did this I tried not to add to much new stuff and mostly reused the crap already in sanctuary .

For those who have trouble with large sanctuary build try it out and let me know how it goes

Im not sure what other martial plots function as a gate besides my Spider gate and Eldarths gatehouse;

Good place to build your own workshop area would be in the old player home or the ruined building to the right of the workbench building.
Its been a while but all those workbenches should show up but I forgot where
If its just going to be a personal home without plots that should be fine, for the city plan I removed more abjects than I added new objects .
Sanctuary is bad for me when I build it up so I did this
