      Looking at the images, I think it is a 100% vanilla, start-up save, with all items from vault 111 only.

   Good to use if you are trying to get all the achievements since there are no mods used.

      I know there is, but some people don't use that mod because they consider it a god cheat mod, or won't use it for what ever reason. Personally i earned every single achievement on my first play through with no mods at all, even saved my save at a critical point so I could go back and get the other achievements for the other factions
