   It really does sound disturbing, probably because the voices sound like they are coming from a 10yo in severe distress. Wouldn't recommend to any human.

   Would it be possible to get a version that sounds like the original voice actress? I like the more voice lines so its not as loopy as the original but even the older version makes me feel uncomfortable, if not its completely fine

      It is not really your character voice, it replaces the heartbeat sound you usually hear when your health is low.
      So.. I guess not ? :P

      Just tried the file on the nexus and both mirror files, everything worked for me. =/
      
      What is a E1 ?

      It works very well.
      
      And maybe the file name need to change into UI_Health_Heartbeat_A_LP.wav instead of Sound Of Pain 1.wav
      to get it work . I made it myself .XD

       Should these 'sounds' really be here for 'child' characters? In some countries, simply roleplaying a game with these 'sounds' can get one arrested.
