I've used dozens samples from the voice actress I found to create a 1mn+ sound, not made to be looped.
The character will cry a lot, call for her mom, yell " help " several times, pray for the gods, and shout at the agressor.
It is totally sick. Use a your own risk.
Try to heal before your character feels too much depressed.
Added a slowing down heartbeat to the Sick Sound of Pain U2.
New version ( E1 ? )
Sounds older, actually like the original voice of the actress.
But there's no preview of English E1 voice so..
DESCRIPTION
I took the audio files from his mod and simply raised pitch, formants, dB and modified a few parts of the sounds ( like.. reversing parts )
I used this super-cool online tool : TwistedWave
And Audacity
The goal was to make the voice sounds much, much ( MUCH ) higher
Goes well with Higher Female Protagonist Voice ( especially with french Type U2 )
I think the result is pretty cool.
I have also looked for other sounds files that I have modified and added.
( Thanks to 11linda for her voice acting in every sounds )
You can hear the sounds on the Video Section.
I have made them longer and tried to make the " loop " less noticeable.
Version with HeartBeats ( custom or vanilla ) available !
For those who want to keep it.
Thanks to Lerny34 who has provided me two additional sounds with heartbeats.
So there's three versions :
Original version ( no-heartbeats ) including 4 audio files
Custom Heartbeats version including 6 audio files
Vanilla heartbeats ( thanks to Lerny34 for the idea ! ) version including 4 audio files
Older woman version including 8 files
The sounds play when your character is very injured.
If you want me to make other versions, feel free to ask me. :)
And.. That's all I have to say about it. :P
Oh, yeah, by the way, it goes very well with my Children face presets.. :O
It is recommended to use Better Low Health by LinuX123
So the sounds will start at 50% or 35% health ( instead of 20% )
INSTALLATION
Manual Install
Download using the MANUAL DOWNLOAD button on the Files page.
Unzip the archive and place the Data folder into your Fallout 4 game folder.
You have several files named " UI_Health_Heartbeat_A_LP " ( or just Sound of Pain.. )
with numbers corresponding to the sounds in the video, but you can only use two.
Pick the two files you will use and rename them :
First file : " UI_Health_Heartbeat_A_LP "
Second file : " UI_Health_Heartbeat_B_LP "
You can use the same sound two times, juste make a copy of it and name the files as above.
( Sorry for the mess lol )
All files available on Uptobox ( see Mirrors Section )

Installation :
Go into your folders ( create if missing ) :
Fallout 4 > Data > Sound > FX > UI
And drop the .wav files here
