After play testing with this mod, it seems to do nothing unless I download the Beth net version and run it with this mod. Running the Beth net mod alone does nothing also. Got it to work by running both. Weird I know, but what a touch of class this is.
Gota love 'em.But for some reason they make my game crash.I tracked the problem to Meshes of this little fellows.If i try to pick them up or try to inspect them in Pipboy the game will crash.And if i remove meshes i can pick them up or inspect them.Funny thing is Vault Girl Bobbleheads work just fine for example.I know the problem lies in interface,so it is another mod or something else.
Anyhow i got it.That little Perception Bobblehat fucker has Minutemen General Outfit...and i had mod that replaces look of Minuteman General Outfit.And game was crashing cuz of that.... /facepalm
what minuteman general outfit mod was that that caused you CTD?? i'm about to download this bobblehead mod and i'm wondering if the minutemen overhaul im using will cause problems
I'm sure they are both awesome, but I have no idea what the difference between the two packs. Even with the preview gif, still can't tell which is which. : (
The 'alt' versions are so seriously cool, I consider them 'wasted' as ordinary bobblehead replacements- after all the default bobbleheads are tiny, and you only see them well (in world) when peering at them carefully!
Have you considered making an image of each into craftable 'paintings', or maybe craftable BIGGER statuettes (perhaps with the base having some form of lighting function)? As 'pure' bobbleheads, I'd only be interested when you are able to hide them across the map when the GECK appears, as you promised- heaven only knows FO4 NEEDS vastly more unique 'loot' scattered everywhere to better reward exploring. But I think your current effort is brilliant regardless.
@chucksteel I second this suggestion. Perhaps for your Beantown Interiors Project you could add a slightly larger set that doesn't give the player any perks?
