It SHOULD be stable with Scrap Everything/Spring Cleaning/Whatever you use, as long as you load THAT MOD LAST LIKE NORMAL
If people are using the Amazing Follower Tweaks mod, it *could* be that mod's Tools --> Settlements ---> Scrapping option. I have to admit I use that tool (found on the AFT Master device) a good deal on Red Rocket because it actually scraps those damn power lines.
This mod edits OBJECTS in most cells in the game. I make no changes to the CELL data, but my mod has to include that data to make all the changes the mod makes. MOST other mods that add or remove items from cells in the game are compatible with my mod because they also don't alter the CELL data, just the objects in the cell. Both mods have that cell data, but it's the same as in the vanilla game, so it doesn't matter.
Some mods do alter cell data, and my mod will cancel any of those changes, since mine has the vanilla cell data. Unless those mods alter the objects in the cell, they should be safe to load after CCBJ.
I have not extensively tested this mod with Boston FPS Fix, but will be do that this week. I will make a patch if I find any bugs.
Is there a way to Change the Hotkey for the activation of the clean up or have a way to toggle it on or off? I've already scrapped things I didn't want too trying to click on something else T^T

No matter what I scrap - Next time I come back to settlement or around about -=> The items are returned to be rescraped again.
Problem - Jamica Plains for example. I totally clean up the settlement and everything I cleaned up comes back. I remove this mod and they are gone, as they should be. I re-activate and the crap is there.
Does not matter where I place this in the load list, as I tried Bottom - LOOT - and even manually move it from the Bottom up and to no avail.
Got problem with Cigaret Mashine s and Milk vendor machines.They are 100% scraped with or without loot inside. After uninstaling mod problem still exist. Can't loots those objects, there is a "SERCH" option, but after clicking they just disappears... Is there any way to fix that?
Good mod, but looks like in some (or most) settlemens or cities (for example - Railroad HQ or Diamond City) i can't scrap trash. Also i can't scrap similar trash on some places in map (not in settlements). For example - i found trash. After some time i found similar trash or pile of tires on other place or near, but it unscrappable (not interactive). Or sometimes to scrap a trash - i need to use a tcl command to go under ground or inside object and then i see possibility to scrap him.
UPD: Oh, i mistake. It works correctly. Other trash i scrapped in build mode.
Absolutely LOVE this MOD! only issue I am having is on one machine I can scrap the trash and rubble, but they don't disappear, I suspect another mod is involved with that, however, on both systems I cannot scrap para unless it is on the steps and there, I have to scrap it, or I can't climb that step right. I can modpos z 2 and raise the papers up and then I can scrap them. This happens with some trash as well; I suspect the center is set to high causing them to sit just below the surface making them undetected by the script.

I've been gone from FO 4 for 3+ years .... ( long story )
So I just came back and have a new computer and such and installed as clean and brand new game.
I had a mod - that would clean / clear out the mud/mirelurk eggs and such by 'scrapping' it. But seems I am unable to do that now in the Castle area.
Does anyone by any chance remember what mod cleaned those??
