Recreates the User Interface from fallout 76 the best I can.

This mod tries to recreate the User interface from fallout 76. Obviously the game isn't out yest so I had to watch all the game play trailers and previews to find ever little detail I could about the UI. I cant recreate it perfectly (yet) but I can recreate it to be very close to what the actual game will look like. some elements of the UI are a bit stretched to try and mach the one from fallout 76, unfortunately I am unable to do this without also stretching the text of some things. Over all it look very close to what we have seen from the UI so far and I will update it as I find ways to improve the mod and more closely recreate the UI.
