Welcome to my first mod. This is the first installment of a larger series of location alteration mods. As
I get better at modding, I plan to expand into creating new items,
creatures, NPC's, and quests.
Version 1
Version 2
At this point I am only using vanillaassets so there are no dependencies.
I have not yet linked all scrap-able items to the workshop. Until I can get this done I recommend a
scrapping mod. For Nexus users I would suggest TidySettlers by emathias for immersive debris cleanup, and for fasterdebris removal there is ScrapEverything by shadowslasher410. I am not a bethesda.net user soam not sure what is available there.
Please let me know if there are any issues with this mods and I will endeavor to fix them.
I am getting tired of Sanctuary Hills,so I am not likely to update this anytime soon unless I get a lot of
requests for it.

Bethesda for Fallout 4 and Creation Kit.
Neeher for his tutorial on how to make settlements in Creation Kit.
P.S. When I was testing this mod, oneof the picket fence gates kept detaching itself from a fence line.
Any suggestions from experienced modders is welcome.

Version 1
- Replaced the five houses that were just piles of rubble.
- “Fixed” the bridge and nav-meshed the repairs.
- “Fixed” the fences for the yards that have them.
- Removed that horrible creaky, clunky sound from the settlement.
- Expanded the build border outward a ways.
- Raised the upward build border in the center.
- Increased the height of settler sand-boxing.
- Removed animation markers for hammering and sitting on the ground around the house with workshop.
Version 2
- Repaired the roofs of all the homes.
- Put up wire mesh in the empty window frames.
- Removed debris and other un-scrappables (light fixtures and towel racks mostly) from
interiors. - Added doors to all the houses.
- Placed a barrier around entire settlement.
