Thanks for the great mod. I am running both AS institute workstations mod and this mod (load order as you said, your mod comes later). However, I noiced some containers and the bed in the new director's headquarters cannot be scrapped.
Perhaps you can look into it next time? I will try to make it scrappable in my game in the meanwhile with FO4edit.
Also, in your future update, would you like to try cleaning up the institute's reactor, too? I am also running the cleaner institute reactor mod, too, but it would be nice if it can be integrated nicely in your mod.
I got a table sitting in the bed in the Director's Quarters, and a med kit box floating in the air that disappears and appears based on the angle you look at it.
I'm sure it's cause of a conflicting mod or something and I'm not looking for a patch cause I got no idea what mod may be causing it.
I just wanna know how to delete/hide the table and the box.
Edit: I cannot select the tables in the console. Odd.
Mod doesn't seem to be working for me on v1.10.163. Installed through Vortex and looks like none of the changes took effect. Does it have to do with me not having gone down any faction path yet? No errors when I'm in the Institute so nothing is broken...I think.
The Institute does not truly the best future for mankind. He is truly the best future for yourself. The Institute is evil, selfish and wicked. The real faction respectable of Fallout 4 is The Minutemen.
Yes a bunch of commonwealth peasants with scavenged weapons vs a Organization with more advanced tech and weapons than even pre-War American or post-War Enclave could create.
also, the Minutemen aren't saints and are just as prone to evil as anyone else, as demonstrated by Quincy and the events leading up to it.
Good day, Sir. As a faithful followers of the Institute, I cannot but note Your work - with delight and gratitude. For no matter how many times I played Fallout 4, I always choose this side.
First and foremost - the world should be ruled by scientists. Secondly, the Institute is the only faction, has the most appropriate, long-term and far-reaching plans to restore the lost civilization. (Minutemen, for all their charm, are limited by a local mentality and disinterest in science; and the current Brotherhood, with all due respect to their fans, looks outright racists)
Now You understand why Your mod pleased me so much. And of course, when I get to the end of the Institute's quest in my current walkthrough, I shall immediately plug Your mod on. But my impatience is so great, that I cannot refrain from asking You several questions about subtleties, explanations of which I have not found in the description and discussion...
1) Did I understand correctly that in your version the Institute (or at least the Director's apartment) is (or will be) a fully complete player's settlement? 2) Is it true (as I can judg from the attached screenshots) the author of the "AS Institute Workstations" has already given You his permission to use their models?
With respect and once again with admiration for your work, Dirzylene.
Sir, I would endorse your mod as many times as there are doors in the Institute, but I'm only allowed to do it once. It bothered me so much that my beloved faction was essentially a voyeuristic dream come true, but you fixed that whilst saving my sanity in the process. Your auto-closing door solution is as necessary as it is elegant. Thank you!
