   Why should anyone use this if you can just use console commands? Just type player.forceav charisma 100 in the console and that's it, it will stay like that until you change it back again, you don't need mods to do this...

      If you're playing on survival you don't have access to the console, plus it adds a bit of weirdness.
      Like many mods, this was probably made because someone wanted it for their own game and
      decided to share it with others.

      Don't like it, don't want it, don't use it. Some people don't like the using console. This is a more immersive way to get those critical stats up.
