I placed the esp in my data folder and the games mod section see's it but it is not checked like the other mods I have. What am I doing wrong? I am not sure how to effect the load order with raw esp's that don't show up in nexus. Sorry if this was asked and answered.
**Edit** Just realized it does show up in nexus and the esp wasn't activated. Sry to bother you.
I've DL this mod manually, activated it and tried to use it. Cannot find the generator anywhere in my crafting tools. Can someone help me in regards to this?
Been a VERY long time but if you still want to give it a shot (assuming you're still playing FO4) or anyone else is having issues finding it the mod shouldn't be adding new generators, but making the original vanilla ones do new stuff. I don't think I even changed their names.
Tested it to make sure it works for me and it still works just fine. My bet is if you do not see the vanilla small generator or WW fusion generator (the generators that were modified) in the workshop build menu or they do not give the resources you have conflicting mods affecting those generators and there's a load order issue. I have a pretty big mod list and they're both there and working just fine in my game.
Just noticed and wonder if this was a mistake or not. The new CK version is not a FMOD installer. So, we need to manually pick the esp we wish correct? Was this meant to be in an installer?
uhh... this needs to be clearly outlined in the "Description" page, or maybe in an "Installation" sectioon of that page, or the FOMOD/NMM download option should be disabled.
I have a question Relating to load order. Do you consider this mod to be a Settlement Building Mod or is it a Settlement Tweak. The reason I ask is I don't know where to put this particular Item in my load order. It is one that has me straddling the fence on where to put it.
I am playing Fallout4 on PC and installed your Utopia Generator. They work well except the Power Radiation. I tested both the normal and Wasteland version of the generator.
I also checked that only one version of the generator was activated while playing.
Food,Water,Defense is added Moral and Power Radiation are not.
love the idea! and im gonna use it but a small request... do you think you can change the look of the generator so i doesnt look like a electric generator... no complain or anything i like the mod! but i think if it look different would be great sorry for bad english im not american
I can throw in a switch version next update. Only thing though, the switch version doesn't seem to add to the resources in the top bar of the workshop menu. Probably just going to set it up so the generator still does the heavy lifting with resources, but the switches generate a small amount of power and radiate it over a smaller (but still larger than vanilla) distance for things such as lighting and defense if you have one of the mods that makes turrets work on radiated power.
I have an issue with the mod which someone could help me with. I see the generator in the crafting menu with the materials needed to make it and the skill perk as well; but the generator is under intensified not allowing me to craft it. I have the materials and the skill necessary to build it as well as the power. Can someone help me to resolve this issue? Thanks.
Thank you for the little tutorial, the time you took to explain the 'how' to your mod was appreciated, each little bit encourages more folks to try modding, and every new modder has the potential to be invaluable to the community.
