When I go to the import menu of transfer settlements, this one simply does not show up. I downloaded and then used "install from zip" in Nexus. Have I missed something? If I need to manually move files, could you please tell me specifically what goes where? Thank you
ok silly question everything else is working correctly but the pool is not filling up not sure what my problem is anyone else having this issue i have scoured googled to know avail and i D/L all the mod's and Third party mads as far as i know! :/ i am stump
Hello, this looks awezome. I have all the mods that requres to get this to work, but I dont find the blueprint to get it like in the images. What do I do wrong? Im using the latest Fallout build and F4SE + Vortex and sorted with LOOT. The game runs stable so I dont know whats the problem. Hope you have time to help. And please keep working on this :)
Since I've had problems importing your settlement I decided to actually use your build as a blueprint and build everything myself from the ground up. I seem to be having problems replicating the roofs for the stores. I know your foundations is 3x5 of the large tiles, but the width of the roofs in easy homebuilder is 3 large tiles and 1 tiny tile (not sure why Hozsa would choose that dimension). I tried using place everywhere to shrink the roof by 10% which seems to give the right dimension but the snap points stay the same. So how did you do the roofs?
Did you leave the bathrooms? Can I use CWSS Redux with this? I also noticed I cannot use the house by the root cellar/bunker. I just stop dead in the house before I can even take the turn to the other rooms. There is nothing there in the workshop mode to scrap, just an invisible wall.
The houses are mostly empty so feel free to use whatever bathroom mod you like, I also use CWSS Redux and have had no problems. I have gone back to Skyrim, so I am not on F04 at the moment, but the houses are a complete unit and I am not sure where the invisible wall would come from if it is not a part of the house, when I first built this settlement I went through every room in every building without any issue. Worse case scenario, select the house and move it over slightly and see if that helps, or just delete the house and put something else there. I am sorry for not being much help, I just don't know what else to suggest.
I seem to be having a couple of problems with your blueprint. The first is the elevation of the buildings, most are a little low in the landscape causing clipping of grass and mounds through the floor. Jenncave did comment that Sanctuary Bridge and Clean and Simple do change the landscape, so I initially thought this could be the problem. I tried disabling each mod individually and both together but the problem still persists. I know I can select the buildings and lift them a little but I always make a pigs ear of it and ends up looking like a bunch of raiders decided to become cowboy builders placing houses anywhere.
My second problem is how do you fill the damn pool!?
I am not sure why the elevation of the buildings is low, because the buildings were built to suit the Clean and Simple landscape, if you have installed all the mods correctly they should be good, failing that you could toggle grass mode off in console. As for the pool, there are a number of mods that add water tiles, but the one I use is Build Your Own Pool by Akarnan https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13316
No worries, I'm thinking about doing a clean install, so I might do it with the mods and try and work out if there is a conflict of some sort. Might not do it for a week or so and I'll let you know if something pops up.
Thanks for the link to build your own pool.
Update.... Ok, I uninstalled everything to do with Fallout 4 (the game, FO4E, NMM, F4SE). Made sure all files were incinerated. Did a disk defrag. Reinstalled the game, NMM, LOOT, FO4E, F4SE. Downloaded the mods you require for your blueprint as well as UF4P, Advanced Bubble Turrets, Auto doors and Survival Mode Console Commands (some of the mods had patches for some other mods I used hence I downloaded them now). Ran LOOT, saved the load order. Started the game, cleaned up Sanctuary Hills as required then ran your blueprint. Same problem. Exited the game. Disabled The Sanctuary Bridge. Restarted game, same problem. Exited game. Disabled Realistic Roads and Sanctuary Reworked Roads. Restarted game. problem solved. Exited game. Enabled Realistic roads, restarted game. Nice black roads, still no problem. exited game. Enabled Sanctuary Roads Reworked, started game. Problem is back. Exited game. Uninstalled Sanctuary Reworked Roads (the roads seemed good enough as they are), enabled The Sanctuary Bridge and started the game. Problem there. Exited game. Disabled the bridge and restarted to check, no problems. Exited game. Tried the other 2 versions of Sanctuary Bridge and still the same problem.

I'm at a total loss now, tried everything I can but it seems that The Sanctuary Bridge does lift the ground just enough for it to clip through the floors of houses so that mounds of mud show.
I'm stumped and I'll admit it. How do I power up the houses (as in, the lightning bolt stays red in the description)? I ran power poles along the street, put the wall-mount conductors on each house , tried putting a generator on top of a house... The wall mount conductors (from soe) broadcast power into the house, the lights light up when I hang them inside.
Oh, and something odd, the two turrets at the bridge entrance are sitting on air, is there supposed to be something under them?
Edit: Damn am I embarrassed, just clicked on the house itself and I could run a wire to the power pole. Then I looked around out of workshop mode and saw the connector on the end of the houses. Sigh.
So, in order to use this, following all recommendations by popups in-game and right after clicking F4SE, I have to use an old version of F4SE? Which also means I have to use an old version of the Fallout 4.exe?
On a side note, you mentioned you inicluded your own 'scrap everything' but I'm unable to scrap some certain foundations, I also don't have a 'scrap all' button.
Any ideas/tips or knowledge on something I may have screwed up?
Edit: I switched to an older F4SE and Fallout4.exe version and managed to get things up and running, but the blueprint is consistently telling me that I don't have covenant walls even though I do. I see.. a weird covenant doorway towards the vault you come from initially but that's it. Then I get the asterisk stating I don't have said required mods (which I obviously do or it wouldn't have put the doorway down) and no idea what's going on after checking and double checking the mods lol
Not even sure where to begin here but I will try. I have no idea why you have to use an old version of F4SE, tjhis build was done on the more recent F4SE and uploaded before the most recent game update. At no point do I mention including my own 'scrap everything' what I do say is 'I have scrap everything installed as per Clean and Simple Sanctuary start up requirements' If you have Clean and Simple Sanctuary Start up installed and followed that mods instructions you would already have installed 'scrap everything' using that mod you will understand how to 'scrapall' with the Tilde key. Most of us have Covenant walls in our workshops but you need to have the mod 'Snappable Covenant Walls' (On the requirement list) This could be the reason for you having placed a random covenant doorway. As for having ideas/tips or knowledge on something you may have screwed up, all I can suggest without sounding condescending is make sure you have downloaded and installed Clean and Simple- Sanctuary Start up by Jenncave as per Jenncave's requirements/instructions (including the scrapping instructions), then make sure you follow my install requirements/instructions. Once my settlement has installed you should then follow the Transfer Settlements Blueprints instructions (maybe fast travel to concord and wait a couple of days..
All I can suggest after that is check your load order, but I am not skilled enough to explain the best way or the best order.
I never upload a settlement to Nexus without fully installing and trying the settlement on different save games. Once I am happy I upload it to Nexus and then download it from Nexus again and install it on a different save, just to make sure it works correctly. I have not been able to reproduce the problems with covenant walls or a random doorway.
Fair enough, transfer settlements gave me some weird popup when trying to launch F4SE, something about it being for a MUCH earlier version of F4SE and also an earlier version of Fallout 4 entirely - You're just as confused as I am, I did not expect that whatsoever. It wasn't your mod as far as I know now and I'm still not quite sure what is causing the issue but I'll carry on and hopefully find a fix lol
As for the scrapall and covenant walls, I fixed that - I needed the mod itself, for some reason I thought it was included in one of the mods I installed and realized it wasn't then downloaded it and was able to successfully scrap them. The walls.. Honestly I don't know, they fixed themselves. I logged out with literally just the door way at the vault and the modern door in place and then when I opened the game back up, lo and behold the entire covenant wall was surrounding Sanctuary. Bit of a weird issue but all is well with those two in the universe now!
Anne Hargraves is a seamstress and radio actress living in the WRVR broadcast station in 2287. After asking her what she does at WRVR, she will mention she was a seamstress. The Sole Survivor then has the option to recruit her to a settlement. When assigned to a clothing emporium, she will upgrade the trade post to level 4.
Hehe, seems you build like me, partly ;). i´m known to use to much windows and to less walls *g* Let the light in! - yeah! -but in the darker corners you need "gemutlichkeit" :D
Your mod is a good foundation for Sanctuary. a lil to dense i guess. i have more room for a garden in front and between the houses but no pool hehe.
p.s. it´s a long time ago that i've seen the wasteland unmodded. no trees around, no green leafs and so on. Father is right, the surface is lost *g*
I got to the point of thinking if I had built this Sanctuary for real, there would not be a single tree or rock left lying around as I would have used it :D
