P4YN World Versions 5 and 6 Updates
Hey Guys & Gals,
So yeah, there were 2 updates within 2 days. Strange I know, but here's the run down on what's been going on. I started working on correcting the Perks, since I had this idea about making Fallout 4 play a bit more like classic RPGs in the sense that Character Growth took quite some time. A lot of the Perks now have 10 Ranks, they've all had their S.P.E.C.I.A.L & Level Requirements changed to some degree. Some Perks now have level requirements higher than 50, so you'll be buying Perks well past this point. This should give your game some longevity.
I've also started on changing the base prices of the Items in the game. Weapons are the only things effected right now and these aren't permenant. They'll be adjusted over the next few weeks to hav... -
P4YN World is a (WIP) rebalance of Fallout 4 built up from the Simple Survival Mod by Worlds.
It Requires ALL DLCs including the Minor ones and that's it.I have been given Permission by him to use his abandoned mod as a base to start my own mod. So what exactly is happening? Let's cover some of the basics as to what's going on with this mod.
1) It's Simple Survival. So naturally when you exit Vault 111 if you want the Survival stuff activated, then you go into the Bunker where the button to back into the vault is and Loot the Container in there for the Activator.
2) I've removed the Level Limit from all the Vendors in the Common Wealth. You can now buy any Weapon/Item at Level 1 if you have the funds to do so! I'll be expanding upon this by upping the p...
