I can foresee a great quest someday...about protecting the building from a bunch of chem-addled raiders...thereby gaining the trust of the "businessman". You then do more quests to build onto the building...like add defensive structures, turrets, etc. Then you do another quest to hire a bunch of toughs....Voila...you have a working protected chemlab. Then the dealer offers a few more quests to put down some of his competition. Cripe...this could be a multi-stage quest mod...requiring several hours of play. Society would love it!
