The first time I used this mod it worked fine, even though Vortex didn't give me an option to replace the original BLS.esp, and I really like it. But I had to restart with a new game because of bugs caused by unrelated mods.
I had a slight hiccup with the new game, but resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling both BLS mods.
Even though Vortex still doesn't give the option to replace BLS with BLS VIS Patch, it still functions if given the instruction to load BLS VIS Patch after BLS. When I opened a fresh save without the two BLS mods, the game auto loaded the two (AID) Switchers with no problems. Also, the two combat shotguns that had mysteriously switched ammo types were once again set for normal shells.

I just wanted to say thank you Hordecrusher! I use Weaponsmith Extended and this let me use all the load switches (ammo type switch, zoom in and out and secondary weapon swap) again, now being back under the aid tab. Kudos to you.
