Is it possible to add new standalone names that Codsworth recognizes? Also would a mod which makes Codsworth use every recognized word in your character's name has be possible?
yo, mod suggestion how about an armor mod [if you can do those] that just makes your character look like an assaultron? have it take up the whole head slots, so we can still wear armor like raider legs and chest pieces and stuff thanksbye
Codsworth already does that for hundreds of names, it's a built in feature. The author of this mod says in the description he cobbled together some of Codsworth's other audio to get "Fisto". Adding anything to the list that isn't there already is likely not too terribly hard if you're both good with the GECK and own / are competent with some audio editing software. If you're neither, though, there's probably a number of hours worth of learning before you could even start. Hopefully the name you want Codsworth to call you is on the list of already-supported names.
In order to do this I just replace in-game audio NOT subtitles etc, I really wanted to replace subtitles and such but it seems to be WAY too much effort, for me that is. And I will most likely make a tutorial on this soon!
